A plaid, a glass of wine, refined and light snacks to savour in the cellar, among the rows of vineyards or on the banks of the Rosandra river.
The tasting will take you through the scents of the Carso and Istria, where each bottle combines the sea breeze and the strength of the Bora with the fertile and mineral richness of the land where the vine is grown. A journey through nativewines of the Carso-Kras DOC area: Malvasia istriana, Vitovska, Glera and Refosco d'istria. You will savour the nuances of Trieste's extra virgin olive oil, the native Bianchera, a variety that challenged the night of the times and you can enjoy the quiet of the Rosandra river that flows next to the winery.
In each basket for two you will find:
