The experience takes guests on a discovery of the historic premises of the world’s largest balsamic cellar, offering an authentic insight into the tradition and production of Balsamic Vinegar. This is followed by a vertical tasting of five balsamic vinegars, from the youngest to those aged up to 18 years, allowing you to appreciate the evolution of flavors over time.
The experience is completed with a selection of gourmet tastings that combine tradition and creativity: bread with balsamic preserves, hummus with aged balsamic, and dark chocolate with balsamic vinegar. The journey is accompanied by a non-alcoholic mocktail, offering a harmonious introduction to the house’s most iconic flavors.
