The experience lasts about 3 hours and takes place at our winery.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to prepare frico, a traditional Friulian dish made with cheese, potatoes, and onions, following step-by-step instructions.
This is followed by a food pairing workshop, where participants will taste different wines from our cellar to pair with the various versions of frico prepared.
