A vertical tasting samples different vintages of the same wine from a single producer to assess quality and watch it evolve over time. We’ll explore Merlot 2018, 2016 and 2011, each paired with curated bites highlighting changes in aroma, texture, and length.

There are two classic approaches—oldest to youngest or the reverse. We’ll go younger to older in order to appreciate freshness before the layered complexity of mature bottles.

The journey continues with a guided cellar tour. All wines, across all available vintages, are available for purchase in our shop. After the tasting, feel free to stay at the agriturismo: order from our seasonal menu, pick up bottles, or simply keep sipping by the glass.

We’re open 10:00–2:00 PM and 5:00–9:00 PM, serving lunch and dinner.
