This experience begins with a guided tour of a historic prosciutto factory in San Daniele, where you'll be introduced to the production and curing processes.Please note: for hygiene reasons, the curing areas are not always open to the public.After the tour, you'll enjoy a tasting of San Daniele and other cured meats, which will be served with a fine glass of Friulian wine.
The menu includes: cover charge, bread and breadsticks, a portion of San Daniele DOP prosciutto, a selection of cheeses with mustards, pickles, 1/2 glass of water, a glass of wine, coffee, and strucchi.
This experience will allow you to appreciate the nuances of flavor and aroma that characterize the famous San Daniele prosciutto.
