A walk on the snow accompanied by local Winter Nordic Walking instructors, who will lead you through enchanting, unspoiled landscapes — from the vibrant heart of Sappada to the romantic Ziegelhütte lake, a charming and vividly green artificial pond located beyond the Piave River along the Rio Storto, at an altitude of 1,186 meters. The lake is nestled among the fir forests of the Digola Woods and the first rocky slopes of Col dei Mughi.Along the way, you’ll enjoy interesting facts and stories about the places you visit, as well as tips on the best panoramic viewpoints for taking photos.

Walking on the snow, breathing the mountains: welcome to Sappada
A unique snow experience with our local Winter Nordic Walking instructors, who will guide you through enchanting and unspoiled landscapes. The route starts from the beating heart of Sappada and leads to the romantic Ziegelhütte pond, a charming artificial lake located at 1,186 m above sea level, beyond the Piave River along the Rio Storto. The pond is nestled among the fir forests of Bosco Digola and the first foothills of Col dei Mughi, offering picturesque views and a pure mountain atmosphere. Along the way, you will hear interesting facts about the places visited and receive tips on the best panoramic spots for photography.

The minimum number of participants to confirm the snowshoeing tour is 8 people.
On request, personalized tours are available for a minimum of 15 participants, with different itineraries, dates, and times than those listed in the program.
For safety reasons and to protect our four-legged friends, dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the tour. We aim to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, and in some situations, the presence of animals can pose risks both for them and for other participants.
