Brunch Della Casa is designed to be enjoyed slowly, centred around territory, seasonality and conviviality, immersed in the light and relaxed atmosphere of the Collio.
The experience brings together traditional Friulian products, artisanal baked goods, cured meats, cheeses and seasonal preparations.
Through tastings of the territory, interpretations of regional cuisine and shared moments, the brunch becomes an experience that combines flavour, balance and authentic simplicity. For younger guests, Sunday continues in the educational farm, among animals and nature.
